Hello and welcome! I’m Noelle, a highly qualified personal trainer with a deep commitment to living a clean and healthy lifestyle. My passion for fitness is backed by a solid educational foundation in kinesiology, certifications in nutrition. personal training, mat pilates, and group fitness instruction, as well as hands-on experience as a physical therapy aide.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, I have an in-depth understanding of human movement, anatomy, and the science behind effective exercise programming. This allows me to create tailored workouts that are both challenging and safe, meeting each individual’s specific needs. Our bodies are made to move, and with the right guidance and a bit of time management, anyone can make fitness a part of their daily routine.

In addition to fitness, I’m passionate about clean living. That means avoiding chemicals that permeate our food, air, and water. Since neither the FDA nor the EPA rigorously regulates our food and environmental safety, it’s up to us to make informed choices. I’ve spent years studying how to eat, drink, and breathe clean, and I’m dedicated to helping others incorporate these habits into their lives to support long-term health and vitality.

My certification in nutrition also enables me to take a holistic approach to fitness. I believe achieving your fitness goals is about more than just exercise; it’s about balancing your diet in a sustainable way. I am committed to helping clients make well-rounded, informed decisions that positively impact their overall well-being.

As a former physical therapy aide, I bring an additional layer of expertise to my approach. I am skilled in addressing and preventing injuries, as well as incorporating rehabilitative exercises into fitness routines. This makes my training adaptable to people of all fitness levels, including those recovering from injury or dealing with specific health conditions.
